I've been on this one for around 3 months now. I use for anxiety that stems from aspergers/adhd.
I can get a little paranoid on high THC and overthink but this hits the spot. Dont let the low THC fool you though, you will feel medicated on this especially above 190.
Its a very relaxing strain and I reccomend it 100%. Especially good for helping to get you to sleep and unwind.
An interesting note. I have pretty bad asthma and this strain makes my tightness in chest from allergies loosen right up. Its a good all rounder.

Nice flavour, but gave me anxiety!

I asked for this flower for the express purpose of limiting anxiety as part of my first foray into medicinal cannabis. I was of the assumption that lower THC = lower anxiety. I was wrong!
This flower gave me a cloudy mind and lots of anxiety, but once that wore off, it did help me sleep!
Note, I also had a 19% THC flower prescribed and that one gave me much less anxiety.

Releaf patient here! This strain was prescribed to me for anxiety/depression (while in addiction recovery for 13 years). This is a lovely vape for during the day, I can go to work or simply get things done. I like to start on low temperature, 165, and then up slowly to 180. This method suits me better as I start with tasting terps firstly. It keeps me calm, mellow, with slight pick-me-up buzz and warm and soothing feeling in body. This is my first medical strain, very impressive!

Im a Releaf patient, this is one of the two strains they have prescribed for me. Been on it for about 2 months now, and am finding it works great for my arthritis in my hands. Can type for about an hour now, befoee starting i could be on the computer for even 10 mins without huge pain.
